Dr. Harvey Cohen, better known as "Dr. Harvey", is a pioneer in holistic and natural nutrition for animals. Dr. Harvey was an associate professor of clinical nutrition at Columbia College and was also Director of Clinics there. He studied with Dr. John Christopher, who was the 'father of herbology' for the United States. Dr. Harvey is an expert in the use of herbs for animals. Distressed by the increase in cancer and other chronic ailments in animals, Dr. Harvey decided there had to be a better way than the commercial foods that are sold to most pet owners, thus the creation of his formulations that have helped so many animals throughout the years.
